Introducing Wicked
Wicked takes up the world of Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum, and the story is taken from the novel Wicked: The True Story of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire.
We follow the peregrinations of two emblematic witches of Oz (Elphaba and Glinda) and their shared past, in this prequel to the original novel. Each will take a different path - that of good and that of evil - to face their destiny and bring down the corrupt government of Oz.
The show was created in 2003 for Brodway (with a premiere on October 30 of this year) and has been playing since then. September 27, 2006 in London, at the superb Apollo Victoria Theatre.

Rates and booking
- Tickets for 25£ à 125£ depending on your position in the room
- No ticket child
You can book your tickets directly on the official website. All you have to do is choose the date, time and seats. After payment, you'll receive your tickets by email, and simply present them at the box office on the day.
Opening hours
Performances are from Tuesday to Sunday at :
- 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays
- At 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays
- At 2:30 p.m. on Sunday
How long does Wicked last?
The entire show extends over 2h30. Allow an additional 15-minute intermission between the 2 acts, for a total of approx. 3h.
Practical information
Wicked is scheduled to play until June 2024. But it's possible that the dates will be extended, in view of the continuing success.
Please note that it is forbidden to film or take photos inside the theater.
