The first Dishoom opened its doors in 2010 to Covent Garden and success was not long in coming, thanks to the use of fresh produce and quality preparations. The restaurant quickly built up a loyal clientele and attracted lovers of exotic foods.

For less than £10 for the less expensive full menus, you can fill up on Dishoom's hearty breakfasts.
They include eggs (omelette, scrambled or fried), toast and grilled tomatoes, Bacon naansausages and sautéed mushrooms. Enough to charge your batteries before visit London !
Breakfast is served from 8am to 11:45am on weekdays, and from 9am to 11:45am on Saturdays and Sundays.
Lunch/dinner
The main course menu is extensive and those with a sweet tooth won't know where to turn.
Among Dishoom's delights, lamb samoussasMurgh Malai marinated chicken, different types of Biryani, the house black dal, the refreshing Raita, or bhel, a fragrant puffed rice.

You can reserve a table via the official website. It's not compulsory, because even if these establishments are very busy, the wait for a table is never very long, except during rush hour when you may have to wait more than 30 minutes.
Opening hours
Opening times may vary according to the Dishoom establishment you choose, but in general, restaurants open between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. and ferment at 11 p.m, every day.
Practical informationÂ
You can take your food away or order it in, if you wish to enjoy it in the peace and quiet of your vacation home. Be aware that Dishoom establishments are often quite noisy, due to their high footfall.
