This neo-Palladian villa was designed and built by Richard Boyle. It bears witness to his love of art and architecture.<\/p>\n<p>You'll notice the Roman style of Chiswick House as soon as you <strong>you'll see its large pillars and numerous staircases.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inside, you'll be greeted by sumptuous velvet hangings that run the length of the second floor. This former 17th-century merchant's house is now owned by the National Trust.<\/p>\n<p>Its former owner, Lady Binning, left behind furniture, paintings and <strong>a superb collection of 18th-century porcelain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Benton Fletcher collection of antique keyboard instruments, Georgian furniture and 17th-century needlework. Oriental and European porcelain has also been brought to Fenton House.<\/p>\n<p>London's mansions are places I strongly recommend you visit.
