It was also Kate Middleton's home a few days before her wedding to the royal family and<strong> one of the Queen Mother's favorite establishments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So why is the royal family so attached to the Goring? In some gourmet restaurants, <strong>complex dishes may not satisfy all palates.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, The Dining Room is not one of those places. The establishment knows exactly what it stands for and, above all, this is not at the expense of what really counts: taste!<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc153043358\"><\/a><strong>The Goring Dining Room: delicious food<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The plates in the Dining Room bear the silhouette of the hotel's founder, Otto Goring, but it's what's on the plates that really counts. <strong>which earned him a Michelin star.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The six-course tasting menu doesn't just treat you: it showcases the very best of Welsh ingredients harvested with care and expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Clarence Court's pampered egg, herbed garden salad and truffle vinaigrette are a far less humble reincarnation of a dish the king was known to enjoy, <strong>but the flavours and aromas are supernatural.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The dishes are accompanied by buttered morels, wild mushrooms and wild garlic Hollandaise. A wonderful depth of flavor, which can only be achieved with many hours of painstaking process<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc153043359\"><\/a><strong>A staff that cares for its guests<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The impeccable staff will take great care of your meal. You can ask their advice and talk to them about <strong>the dishes you enjoy during the evening.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They are also at your service to advise you on the wine list.
