And finally, with a great countdown, you see him launch a huge boulder several meters above the ground.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc151796608\"><\/a><strong>Flight of the eagles<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In another part of the estate, you can enjoy an incredible experience and witness a veritable ballet of birds of all kinds.<\/p>\n<p>Here you can see birds of prey in their mighty element, <strong>melting and hovering over the castle.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It was fascinating to hear about each bird, its personality and interesting facts about its particular breed. Definitely not to be missed!<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc151796609\"><\/a><strong>Warwick Castle: Fortress of the Conquerors<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Originally, this outdoor path climbs the oldest part of Warwick Castle.<\/p>\n<p>There are plenty of information panels to read along the way,<strong> with interactive sections for children.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Part of the trail is a gentle uphill path, but there are a few steps, so it may be easier to leave strollers at the bottom.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc151796610\"><\/a><strong>Visit the witches' tower<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Known as the \"Princess Tower\", if you're <strong>visit Warwick Castle on Halloween<\/strong>the scary witches will invade.<\/p>\n<p>You'll need to pick up your free tickets for a slot next to the Great Hall entrance. This is a children's show requiring audience participation.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that there are narrow stairs to climb. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The tour <strong>takes about 15 to 20 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc151796611\"><\/a><strong>Warwick Castle: The Tower of Time<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Here, you'll travel back in time as you learn about the history of Warwick Castle and its owners through interactive videos.<\/p>\n<p>This is a really interesting attraction. You wait for the front door to open and then <strong>enter the first room<\/strong>. All rooms have timed doors that allow you to move on to the next room at the right time.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc151796612\"><\/a><strong>Take a full tour of the castle<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This is one of the free historical tours you can take throughout the day. It takes the form of a lecture on the entire history of Warwick Castle, and lasts approximately half an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Not particularly fun or engaging for kids, <strong>it's still very interesting<\/strong>. Some tours are more interactive for children, so be sure to ask before making your plans if you're with the family.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc151796613\"><\/a><strong>Warwick Castle: visit the grounds<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>On site, you'll be given a time passport to stamp. You can then be sure of visiting every era the park has to offer.<\/p>\n<p>The idea is for you to work your way through each zone of the maze.<strong> which represents a different historical period.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once you've found each zone, you can stamp your time passport, and there are plenty of interactive stations and information panels.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc151796614\"><\/a><strong>Discover evening entertainment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>During the Haunted Castle Halloween event, Warwick Castle remains open until 10 p.m. (it normally closes at 6 p.m.).<\/p>\n<p>During this extended opening, fire shows and fire jousts take place.
