Even today, its immense dome is an architectural marvel.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc150955360\"><\/a><strong>Visit London in 2 days: the Natural History Museum<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>It's time to get back on the Tube for the next leg of our 2-day London itinerary. Walk to Monument station and take the Circle or District line to South Kensington. Our destination? Museum Mile in <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourlondres.fr\/en\/kensington\/\">Kensington<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Natural History Museum gives you an insight into the history of the Earth. A history covering :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dinosaur fossils<\/li>\n<li>Human biology<\/li>\n<li>Crawling animals<\/li>\n<li>Human evolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The whole <strong>is spread over 36 galleries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc150955361\"><\/a><strong>Kensington Palace and Gardens<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kensington Gardens is often considered the other half of Hyde Park, but technically it's separate.<\/p>\n<p>Visit the Albert Memorial, built in memory of Queen Victoria's beloved husband, before moving on to <strong>to Kensington Palace<\/strong>the official residence of Prince William and Kate Middleton.<\/p>\n<p>Don't forget to take a look at the Royal Albert Hall, which is also opposite the park.<\/p>\n<p>If you're careful with time, you can visit all these sites in London in 2 days.
