Where there was once an underused industrial estate, there are now 50 new buildings, 10 parks and almost 2,000 homes.<\/p>\n<p>You'll also find :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stores<\/li>\n<li>Restaurants<\/li>\n<li>Schools<\/li>\n<li>A university<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To get to this point, 20 new streets were added to the city on this almost abandoned plot of land.<\/p>\n<p>This is where technology companies decided to set up shop, and now this district competes with some of the world's biggest in the same field.<\/p>\n<p>Which explains why technology giants<strong> have also opened offices in King Cross.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This area of London will continue to grow as more investment comes in each year.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc158489047\"><\/a><strong>Whitechapel and Aldgate: the future of London's business districts<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>There is currently a plan to rejuvenate the area over the next six years.<\/p>\n<p>This will include the construction of 3,500 new homes and the creation of over 5,000 new jobs.<\/p>\n<p>As they don't want to be left behind, a university campus will also be built on site, <strong>to ensure the neighborhood's continued growth.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is considered to be the district of the future, for all British and international companies looking to set up in London.<\/p>\n<p>Other glass facade systems are sure to develop, and will be occupied by new companies that have yet to see the light of day.<\/p>\n<p>London is a city full of business districts.
