When traveling to London, it's important to find a public toilet, especially if you have a pressing need. Fortunately, there are plenty of places you can go.
Galleries and museums
Many of London's famous museums and galleries offer toilet facilities. So, in the event of an emergency, you can use the toilets free of charge:

- National and portrait galleries
This rule also applies to many of the city's fabulous and lesser-known museums, which are also well worth a visit.

Oxford Street stores include:

- John Lewis
- House of Frasier
Harrod's is in Knightsbridge and Peter Jones is in Chelsea near Sloane Square. London's largest shopping center is Westfield in Shepherd's Bush and One New Change is close to the Saint Paul's Cathedral.

London has many public spaces where you can stop in an emergency.
Pubs and cafés
Some pubs may allow free use of their toilets if you're lucky, so it's worth asking.
The same goes for cafés, but in some of them you need a bathroom code given only to the paying customer, so I recommend combining a coffee break with a bathroom break.
Close to famous sites and attractions
You will find both free and free toilets close to many of the capital's main attractions and sites, such as :
Look out for the signs or ask a local - most Londoners are friendly and helpful, and will be able to give you directions to the surgeries.
Going to the toilet in a London station
All Network Rail-managed mainline stations across London offer free access to public toilets from April 1, 2019.
This is excellent news for travellers and anyone else in the vicinity who needs a toilet.
The main stations are :
- Cannon Street
- Charing Cross
- Euston
- Clapham Junction
- Liverpool St
- Paddington
- St Pancras
- Victoria
- King's Cross
Water fountains are another new feature of these stations. So you can also refresh yourself when you stop at London stations.
During your visit to London, in the event of an emergency, you can go to one of these places. So you won't have to Please do not return to your hotel to use the toilet facilities.
