Perched atop the walkie-talkie is Sky Garden, a lush covered garden that catches the sun all day long. And inside the Sky Garden is the Fenchurch restaurant.

The restaurant serves modern British cuisine accompanied by an award-winning wine list. Main course:

• Small artichokes
• Garlic confit
• Aged beef tenderloin
• Braised cheek
• Carrot purée with thyme juice

The Fenchurch restaurant offers excellent ingredients presented in a brilliant menu, although the magnificent location doesn't hurt either.

Aqua Shard

Aqua Shard serves modern British cuisine in an iconic modern British building.

Located on level 31 of the ShardPanoramic windows and incredibly high ceilings offer views of the city, the river and the East End.

Aqua menus include a refined weekend brunch, as well as lunch and dinner the rest of the time.

The kitchen showcases British ingredients, from Cornish mackerel and 28-day dry-aged Hereford beef to a cheese platter. Neal's Yard.

Galvin at Windows is a classic upmarket London restaurant with a view. It is located high up in the Hyde Park Hilton and offers 360-degree views of the city and park.

A hushed decor allows the panorama to shine, and a modern, unpretentious French menu does the same for the food.

The service at Galvin's is always impeccable, and the food, whether beef Wellington, whole sole or gnocchi with peas, morels, summer truffle and ricotta, does not disappoint..

Duck and Waffle

The Duck and Waffle regularly tops lists of London's best restaurants with a view, and for good reason.

For one thing, it's one of the only restaurants in London open 24 hours a day, which means you can watch the sun rise from your table. in the Heron Tower if you feel like it.

Although London in the Sky can also be considered an experience, it's also a restaurant with a view in London.

Guests at London in the Sky are suspended above the O2 Arena, enjoying a breathtaking view. view of the Thames and beyond.

Offering breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and cocktails, all menus are selected by London's finest chefs, then assembled and served in front of the guests.

The Mayflower

The Mayflower is a pub and restaurant with a view of London almost frozen in time. In fact, stroll down the cobbled streets to The Mayflower, or sit on its wooden terrace overlooking the Thames, gives the impression of having slipped through a wormhole into the 1600s.

Of course, modern pub food quickly brings you back to the present. As you'd expect from a traditional London boozer, even though it has an excellent restaurant, The Mayflower serves a particularly excellent Sunday roast.

Imagine yourself facing the river through leaded windows with a big roast lamb and a pint of beer in front of you.

London restaurant with a view: Forza Wine

The usual, Peckham has a good reputation when it comes to the best restaurants with a view in London. The hills south of the river offer some of the best views in London.

Essentially a refined wine bar, Forza nevertheless serves small plates packed with flavor. Burrata and raw artichoke sit alongside taleggio and gherkin toast, charred asparagus and crab and lemon mayonnaise.

Beit El Zaytoun

North London restaurant overlooking the River Brent, this Lebanese is an unexpected gem.

Breakfast offerings are particularly excellent, with a full morning feast including:

• Labneh
• Hummus
• Turkish coffee

All available for just £17 per person.

Later in the day, you can enjoy wonderful plates of chicken shawarma, often accompanied by live music and, always, incredibly friendly and efficient service.
