Original London restaurant: Dans le Noir
Dans le Noir is Clerkenwell's famous restaurant where you enjoy your meal in a darkened room, guided by visually impaired waiters.
The menus do not focus on specific dishes, but rather on themes: the red menu promises meat dishes, while the blue offers fish.
Once sight is gone, your other senses are sharpened, with the aim of enhancing your appreciation of the meal.
