It's like a small town in a single building!
The Ned Hotel London: a unique ambience right from the first floor?
It's clearly an emblem of the old world, with a large hall and evening concerts. Unless you're used to state banquets, it's the size that will strike you first, with de high ceilings and huge marble pillars.
During the day, there's a stricter atmosphere. The room is full of people talking business.
In the evening, when the piano starts to play, there's a buzzing end-of-day feeling that you can't help but enjoy.
Where can you eat?
There's plenty to choose from when you stay at the Ned. For example, you can enjoy the Malibu Kitchen, which serves healthy Southern California dishes in one of the most private sections of the grand lobby.
For dinner, opt for grilled peppers and chicken served with mushrooms and tamari sauce.
For dinner in an unusual setting, head to Kaia, the healthy asian restaurantfor its flower-adorned poke bowl, or Millie's for its pink upholstered banquettes.
The latter is open 24 hours a day and is perfect if you're looking for a late-night restaurant.
The Ned Hotel London: why become a customer?
Membership of The Ned costs £3,500 a year. It gives you access to the rooftop with its own restaurant, swimming pool, terrace and epic view of St. Paul's Cathedral.
The food is undoubtedly better than at Soho House, and the terrace is about four times bigger than at Shoreditch House.
There's also the legendary Vault bar, housed in the original Midland Bank vault. When you stay at the Ned as a hotel guest, you obtain a temporary membership for the duration of your stay.
What are the rooms like?
The rooms are opulent and luxurious, with a distinctly 1930s feel. Think deep purples and reds with fringed lamps, art deco furniture and chandeliers.
There's even a room for very short stays. The rooms are small but chic, with gigantic cloud-shaped double beds.
Bathrooms are luxurious, some with freestanding bathtubs, but most have a rain shower.
Finally, you'll also benefit from ready-to-wear room service, with everything you need delivered to you within minutes.
With so many things to do, restaurants to try and experiences to enjoy, you'll never want to leave The Ned Hotel in London! What you need the perfect vacation in the capital!
